Meet
Tara LeBaron
Hello there!

Let's start with taking a moment to thank you to you for taking the leap to start your healing and wellness journey.
My name is Tara LeBaron and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is dual-licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I love working with individuals who are wanting to navigating through their sexual needs and intimacy struggles, along with navigating every day anxiety and depression. Life can be crazy and fast paced and I love being able to work together to be able to slow down a bit and be more intentional in life. Being neurospicey myself, I can understand the struggles that come in life in "keeping it all together" and so I would love to be able to connect and find ways you can find some balance. Trauma can be something that pops up on the daily and contribute to connection. Working together, we can discuss and reprocess your trauma and help you understand and heal past wounds through finding your different "Parts" that make up who you are and/or through EMDR.

I love getting mixed up with anything art related, making sourdough treats, crocheting and being able to play with my dogs and my cat. I enjoy watching Marvel movies and anything comedy related.
I am trained in multiple modalities and integrate tools as needed to help you continue to build the life you want to live. This eclectic approach allows me to meet you where you are and work with you to figure out the best path for you. It is always my goal to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and validated.

Specialized Services
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach designed to help people process and heal from traumatic experiences. It involves guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation (like tapping or sounds) while the person recalls distressing memories. The goal is to reduce the emotional charge of the memories and help the brain reprocess them in a way that makes them less distressing. EMDR is commonly used to treat PTSD, but it can also help with anxiety, depression, and other issues related to trauma. Learn More
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy designed to help people manage intense emotions and improve interpersonal relationships. It combines individual therapy with skills training in four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. It emphasizes balancing acceptance and change, helping individuals better cope with difficult emotions and behaviors.
Air Network (IFS) Certified
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of different "parts" or subpersonalities, each with its own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. IFS therapy can help individuals understand, heal, and integrate these parts, fostering a sense of inner harmony. The goal is for the person to connect with their "Self," a core, compassionate, and wise part, which can help lead the system towards healing and balance. Learn More
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy is a type of counseling aimed at addressing and resolving sexual issues or concerns in individuals or couples. It can involve a range of topics, including sexual dysfunction (e.g., erectile dysfunction, low libido), communication difficulties, relationship problems, sexual trauma, and intimacy issues. As a sex therapist, we use a variety of techniques, such as education, communication exercises, behavioral changes, and sometimes mindfulness or cognitive strategies, to help clients improve their sexual well-being. The goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss and work through your concerns, improving both your sexual satisfaction and overall relationship dynamics.
